O'Brien On Location is a marketplace that showcases camera-ready locations available for rent for film, television, photography, and other production purposes.
Property owners can list their property directly on our site. Once your property is accepted, our team will send you a confirmation and schedule a professional photography session if necessary. The fee for a professional photography session will be $375. This will include drone footage as well as interior and exterior shots.
There are no fees to join O’Brien On Location.
If a property is selected for a production, O’Brien On Location earns a 10% commission based on the final negotiated compensation paid to the property owner.
Production scouts should complete our property submission form, providing details and images of the property. A member of our team will respond within 24 hours.
